These terms apply to the public website, demo and contact intake, user accounts and the released product areas including chat, uploads, projects, pages, workspace, account and admin.
2. Service scope
StoneSmartAI supports material identification, damage assessment, BoQ review, claim handling and the analysis of documents, images and project-related content.
The current release scope includes the approved web, chat, workspace, account, admin and integration paths. Fully automated invoicing and invoice orchestration are intentionally outside this release.
3. Registration and account security
Protected areas require an approved user account. Credentials must be kept confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
Users must report unauthorized access, suspicious activity or misconfiguration promptly to info@stonesmartai.com.
4. Permitted use
Use is permitted only for lawful business and work purposes. Misuse, attempts to bypass safeguards, abusive bulk requests and uploads or inputs containing unlawful, malicious or third-party-rights-infringing content are prohibited.
5. AI-specific notice
StoneSmartAI is designed to support assessment, documentation and communication. Outputs must be reviewed by qualified humans and do not replace legal advice, expert opinions, safety approvals or binding business decisions.
6. Data and content
Users remain responsible for the lawfulness of uploaded or submitted content and must ensure they hold the necessary rights for processing and sharing.
Privacy, storage logic, cookie categories and data subject rights are described in the privacy policy.
7. Pricing, contracts and enterprise documents
Public packages and pricing frames provide orientation on product scope. Contract start, approval, seats and billing are currently handled in a controlled process through demo, scoping, approval and organization setup.
Public standard terms for commercial sales or a public standard DPA form are not part of this release. DPA/processing documents are provided on request for enterprise or data-sensitive onboarding before contract start.
8. Availability, changes and suspension
StoneSmartAI is operated with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security measures, abuse protection or operational incidents may lead to temporary restrictions.
Accounts or access may be restricted or suspended in cases of security violations, abusive usage or serious breaches of these terms.
9. Liability
We are liable under statutory law for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, liability applies only to breaches of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the typical foreseeable damage to the extent permitted by law.
